Another breakfast idea.
This one is done the night before for a quick grab-and-go in the morning.
Overnight Vanilla Yogurt Oats
- 1½ cup unsweetened vanilla yogurt Preferable dairy-free / plant-based
- 5 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 – 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey OPTIONAL
- In the evening mix the yogurt and rolled oats, then refrigerate overnight in a jar.
- In the morning add the honey (optional) and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bowls and serve topped with fresh strawberries and kiwi.
