Instead we focus on co-creating a diet & lifestyle that serves you and addresses the root issues using functional medicine principles. We have a food first mentality and use food as medicine to help you prevent or reverse illness and disease.

We've seen first hand how powerful small positive changes can be to our health - so much so that we named our company on this philosophy. Small changes may not sound sexy, but they're effective and get you results that everyone will notice.

We're certified health & wellness professionals who really know our stuff. These days, anyone can call themselves a “coach” – laws vary from state to state, but most can put “Health Coach” after their name without the rigorous education to support such a title. At One Degree Health, we pride ourselves on the level of education and certifications our nutritionists, lifestyle medicine specialists, and wellness coaches maintain.

Online & Virtual Coaching

Wellness should be accessible. No need to get in your car or fly across the country to work with us. All of our programs & services are virtual. Meaning you'll meet with your coaches and nutritionists by phone, Zoom, or Skype, and you'll access your wellness programs from your computer or smart device. We don't do in-person coaching, but you're always welcome to pop by our offices in Denver, Colorado, to say hi.

Hi, I'm Danielle.

And that’s me in those photos, taken exactly one year apart. I experienced first-hand how powerful small habit changes can be; with them, I was able to reverse my chronic inflammation and reclaim my health and vitality (which you can see reflected in my face and in the renewed brightness of my eyes). As an added bonus, I also lost 20 pounds.

To get these results, I was tweaking my daily actions – making better choices than the day before, all while working in a demanding corporate job. My transformation was happening subtly. I hadn’t realized how dramatic my changes were until I saw this pic from the year before. My jaw dropped.

It was in that moment that I became an absolute believer in the power of small habit changes. Why are being told that we have to do extreme or fad diets and go to the gym every day to improve our health? It’s simply not true.

In 2016, I quit my executive role to start One Degree Health, a wellness education and coaching company, named after the power of micro-habit changes. 

At One Degree Health, we help you get your health and vitality back through small habit changes, using evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine and Functional Nutrition Approaches. We provide private wellness coaching for individuals needing accountability and support, as well as personal development programs, including online nutrition courses.
